Version 2.7 was released in January 2018. The main changes are as follows:
1. A new Leads section has been added to Matters. It's for managing sales leads obtained from various sources, including helpdesk ticket, Excel import, Microsoft Outlook, and others.

2. A new Opportunities section has been added to Matters. Similar to Cases, this feature lets you manage sales opportunities more effectively.

3. Contacts section was enhanced to include more relationship options and a contact history section.

4. Enhancements were made to data import in Contacts > Data Transfer area.
