Version 3.1 was released in February 2019. This new version contains several new features, bug fixes, and enhancements.

1. Indexing has been added to various database tables to speed up the system.

2. Helpdesk module is now integrated with WeChat Mini Program. Tickets can be opened from inside Wechat Mini Program and responded by staff members.
